ABOUT ANGE · WARRINGTON

Well… here we go!

I’m Ange, the hands behind Ange Pots. I’ve been making, experimenting and finding new things to do with clay for the past four decades.

A lifelong thing for clay.

My pots are bright, bold and unapologetically sassy. They’re for people who think beige is boring, love a bit of dopamine decor and don’t mind their trinket dish answering back.

I make each piece by hand here in Warrington. From a little rainbow heart to a dish with something cheeky to say, I hope you find one that makes you smile.

Love, Ange x

A pot takes a little time.

  1. ShapeClay, hands and an idea.
  2. DryNo rushing this bit.
  3. GlazeTime for colour.
  4. FireA turn in the kiln.

The short version. There’s plenty of patient drying and firing in between.

A NOTE FROM A POT’S NEW HOME

“A perfect pot, love it! Highly recommend.”

On the wheel,
way back when.

That’s me at the pottery wheel in 1992, featured in the Newton & Golborne Guardian. The hair might have changed, but the love of making has stuck around.
